NY nursing home consortium Centers for Specialty Care Group was recently joined by the Innova Health and Rehab at Deptford facility, which it has incorporated into its network.
Centers for Specialty Care Group is welcoming the Deptford Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare, its first New Jersey-based facility, into its nursing home therapy consortium, available online at http://www.CFSCGOnline.com. Formerly the Innova Health and Rehab at Deptford, the Deptford Center will offer a higher standard of treatment in keeping with Centers for Specialty Care Group's reputation of attentive, multi-specialty care.
The former Innova health centers in Mount Laurel and Hammonton have also joined Centers for Specialty Care Group, a prominent network of rehab centers in New York, which it is likewise incorporating into its network of Skilled Nursing facilities. The three facilities are located close to Philadelphia in southern New Jersey; the Deptford and Mount Laurel centers are situated off of I-265, while the Hammonton Innova health facility is accessible via the Atlantic City Expressway and U.S. 30 E.

The new Deptford Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare offers a flexible array of long and short term rehab programs, in addition to a trained clinical staff. Designed to suit patients in recovery after an illness, surgery, or accident, Deptford's subacute units provide a home-like environment with both private and semi-private rooms. The nursing home therapy facility's specialities include orthopedic, nephrology, cardiac, and wound care, in addition to respiratory therapy, infectious disease management, and general rehabilitation.
In addition to long and short term rehab, the Deptford Center offers Essentia, a Secured Memory Impaired Neighborhood serving residents with dementia. The seven-day-a-week program begins with a C.A.R.E. examination, where Deptford's trained staff will explore the patient's cognitive, medicinal, psychosocial, and physical needs for a Comprehensive assessment; evaluate the patient's Ability to manage his or her activities of daily living (ADLs); cover current and past interests to facilitate fulfilling Recreation & Relaxation activities; and discuss Emotional topics such as personality traits and relationships with family members and friends. The Essentia program is additionally available at many of Centers for Specialty Care Group's rehab centers in NYC and Upstate New York, including the Northern Facilities group of treatment centers.
